Use of FestUp
- Eligibility: You must be at least 18 years old to use FestUp. By using the app, you confirm that you meet this eligibility criterion.

Content and Conduct

Event Bookings and Payments
- Booking Information: When booking tickets or venues, ensure that all provided information is accurate. You agree to pay any fees associated with your bookings.
- Refunds and Cancellations: Refund and cancellation policies are determined by event organizers and venue hosts. FestUp is not responsible for refunds.
Privacy
Your use of FestUp is also governed by our Privacy Policy.
Intellectual Property
- FestUp Content: All content on FestUp, including logos, text, and graphics, is our property and may not be used without permission.
- User Content: Users retain ownership of their user-generated content. By uploading content to FestUp, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, modify, and distribute that content.
Termination
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account at our discretion, without prior notice, for any violation of these Terms.
Limitation of Liability
FestUp is provided “as is,” and we make no warranties regarding its availability, accuracy, or fitness for a particular purpose. We shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, or consequential damages arising from your use of FestUp.
